Apr 16, 2018 · The only other thing is lots of people have complained of netflix/prime video playback but I don't think the sound was the problem for any. The fix there, that I know of is go to amazon video in apps section, clear data 3 times, unplug 10 seconds then it works. But I'm just hoping I might help. Based on the info I'm just taking a stab.
