But I digress. I do agree with you that it is unacceptable for the Switch to not have Netflix. I think it is both Nintendo and Netflix's fault. Netflix is stalling, and Nintendo has confirmed that they are doing little to push companies for these apps. But the point is, there is no easy way for Netflix to be "ported" so to say.
