By process of elimination, the root cause appears to be Verizon Wireless not allowing connection through/to the Netflix servers. I have read about Verizon Wireless throttling bandwidth to certain streaming providers, but was unaware of any outright blocking efforts. Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?
