I can't login to Netflix. It says that my email doesn't match my password. I've used the same email and password since the beginning. Now I thought if I reset my password that the problem would be resolved. The problem is that when I go to that window and type in my email and ask them to email with instructions on how to reset password, I do not receive an email back from them. Please help. false
