If you’re paying $10 extra for HBO with your Comcast cable service, you can use HBO Go to watch content when not at home. By sunsetting HBO Go, WarnerMedia will rebrand HBO Now as simply HBO. Additionally, that means you won’t need a cable or satellite subscription to access HBO content, just a login. May 27, 2020 · The new HBO Max app will feature the same content on the Go and Now apps but will also be rounded out with content newly acquired under the merger, like Friends and South Park.

Subscribers to HBO Now have unlimited access to all of HBO's content at any time from anywhere. It provides higher quality movies and TV without a cable TV contract.
